Buenos Aires | Argentina’s Foreign Minister, Pablo Quirno, will open with a keynote address the Trilogue “Protecting the Future: Natural Rights at the Center of the International Agenda,” which will bring together legislators, members of the Executive Branch, and leaders of civic organizations this Friday, July 24, at the San Martín Palace in Buenos Aires.

Speakers at the Trilogue will include specialists Valerie Huber, president of the Institute for Women’s Health and one of the leading architects of the Geneva Consensus Declaration; Laura Bryant Hanford, senior analyst at The Heritage Foundation; and María Quiroga, director of research at the Global Center for Human Rights. The closing remarks will be delivered by Agustín Caulo, Secretary of Worship and Civilization of the Argentine Nation.

The event is organized by the international platform Political Network for Values (PNfV), in partnership with Fundación Faro, Argéntea, Instituto Mises Cono Sur, Global Center for Human Rights, and Fundación Free.

“This topic is relevant because we believe that protecting future generations requires placing natural rights back at the center of the international agenda. The future depends on natural rights,” explains national deputy Santiago Santurio, Argentina’s member of the PNfV Advisory Board.

Lola Velarde, PNfV’s executive director, explains that the Trilogue will offer participants a space to talk openly, identify common ground, and strengthen bonds of trust and cooperation, as well as to learn about initiatives that promote “civilizational alliances,” such as the Geneva Consensus.
