The only critical position to the report on gender in the UN Human Rights Commission

Ruben Navarro

On July 25, during the presentation and discussion of the report on the Report on Gender Theory, also called the Report on the Right to Inclusion, by the “independent expert”, Víctor Madrigal-Borloz, at the 47th session of the Council of Human Rights (CDDHH) of the United Nations (UN) there was only one critical position: the courageous intervention of Rubén Navarro, member of the Committee of Experts of the Political Network for Values, on behalf of CitizenGo.

Madrigal’s report is a radical text: it presents “gender identity” as a “right” that must be considered as “universal, inalienable, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated with all other rights”.
