Last October, Pennsylvania introduced a “Heartbeat Bill” to prohibit abortion as soon as a the heartbeat is detected in the mother’s womb. Nineteen states have introduced similar laws, in nine of which they have been passed: North Dacota, Iowa, Mississippi, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Alabama, Georgia, and Ohio. Read more HERE
