The Data protection policy of the Political Network for Values.
The data protection policy of the Political Network for Values (PNfV) is an adaptation to the new legislation included in Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which increases safeguards in the processing of personal data and introduces new forms of protection. It entered into force on May 25, 2018.

2. What data do we collect and for what purpose do we process it?
From PNfV we collect personal data through the interested parties who give us business cards or fill out our forms or through our website or voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. We also process data from attendees to the activities, Transatlantic Summits, webinars and other events that we organize, either on our own or with third parties.
The purpose of data processing is to contact you, send you communications about PNfV activities, news or events that may result from your interest, if you have expressly agreed, by any means that you provide us (e-mail, post or telephone if applicable). We may also process your data when it comes from a publicly accessible source, in which case we would inform you exactly from which source we have obtained such data. The processing of your data in no case will have a lucrative or commercial purpose. Types of forms from which we collect the data:
· Donation forms: these are all forms through which the user can contribute financially through occasional or recurring donations
.· Campaign forms: all forms related to the collection of signatures, sending messages to organizations, companies, politicians or public figures, etc. that are part of the activity. This shipment can be physical or electronic.
· Other forms: any other Web form that the user fills with personal data (for example, registration forms in the Network’s activities, request for services, etc.).
· Information provided by other channels: for example, when the user responds to surveys or provides information through a phone call, an email or a face-to-face event, or interacts with online advertising involving entering personal data.
· Inferred information: from the data provided by the user, additional information may be inferred, either individually or with third party applications (topics of interest to the user, social network profiles, public databases, etc.)
.· Automatic information: certain information is collected automatically by browsers and devices (device type, operating system, browser version, IP address, etc.).
· Navigation-related information: for example, information collected through the user’s navigation on the Web or on other websites, through the use of cookies, and pixel tags. We also use third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics).
3. What personal data do we work with?
To provide you with our service and to provide you with relevant content, certain personal information is collected. We usually collect the following personal data: Email, Name, last name, Country, Post code, phone, address, gender, profession, images, identification document, attached files, social media profiles, IBAN, Currency, Payment details, Transaction Data, Subscription Data, Position, Age

4 For how long do we save your data?
The personal data collected will be kept until you withdraw your consent. After the withdrawal of consent, the personal data collected shall be kept locked during the limitation periods set by the applicable law.
5 Which is the legitimacy for the management of your data?
The fact of filling in the forms provided or through our website, implies the recognition on your part that the personal data are yours, accurate and true. By providing the data and accepting its processing you consent to the processing of the data by PNfV according to the purposes indicated and authorized by you.
Therefore, the legitimacy for the processing of your data is the unequivocal consent of the owner of the data, but also the existence of a relationship, or the legitimate interest of PNfV in sending you information that might be of your interest, by virtue of the relationship between you and PNfV.
6 To which audience will your data be communicated?
Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties except, where necessary, for the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to PNfV. However, PNfV may share its data with the companies or organizations with which it organizes events, conferences or seminars, being co-responsible for the data processing.
7. Do we make international data transfers?
An international data transfer is a processing of data which involves the transmission of data outside the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA). The PNfV has contracted the services of data-processing providers both within the EEA and outside (mainly the United States). To ensure the privacy of your data, most providers to whom we make international data transfers are EU-US Privacy Shield Framework certified, and Switzerland-USA.
8. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
As data owner, you may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, as well as revoke the consent granted. This means that anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether their personal data is being processed in PNfV and to access such data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In addition, if the data subject objects to the processing of the data, PNFV will cease to process such data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Also, in certain circumstances, data subjects have the right to request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. To exercise the rights, the interested party can use the following channels, always accompanying photocopy of their ID or any other document that allows to prove their identity:

Finally, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that he or she becomes aware or considers that an event may lead to a breach of the applicable data protection regulations.
